Mr. Hooff is the Principal Broker of the firm. He has been a licensed practitioner since 1961. He has developed residential and commercial projects. The most significant was the redevelopment of the Alexandria Torpedo Factory complex, a mixed use project of over 100,000 square feet of municipal use, a food court, a 200-car garage and 120 condominium units.
Financial Analyst/Asst. Managing Partner
Kaitlin works closely with the Managing Director to analyze and evaluate proposed commercial lease terms, develop abstracts, and interpret lease clauses. She prepares Annual and Mid-Year budgets spanning several LLC's and as well as the parent company, Hooff-Fagelson Tract. Ms. McGehee-Steckler personally visits property sites in order to meet with on-site Property Managers and review work progress. In addition to preparing market-to-market and net effective analyses, she helps our companies with cash flow projection preparation and reviews construction contracts for tenant build-outs.

Whether buying, selling or renting, Sarah’s well-rounded real estate knowledge serves to bring the best service to her clients. She received her Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from George Mason University in 2011. After graduation, Sarah pursued positions that employ multiple facets of the real estate industry that include property management, construction project management, investment analysis, marketing, and sales. From your first meeting to the closing table, Sarah promises to provide our clients with the information and tools needed to achieve a seamless and hassle-free transaction.
Daniel joined the Charles R. Hooff, Inc. team in March of 2018. An Alexandria native, Purple Heart Veteran, and Licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson, Daniel coordinates day to day operations in our Property Management Department. In addition to his project management experience, Daniel assists with daily accounting, rent collection, and lease negotiations, both commercial and residential.
