Our property management division values our current tenants and looking forward to working with prospective tenants! Below is some information pertaining to leasing a property managed by Charles R. Hooff, Inc.
Application Process
With every application we require a non refundable processing fee of $50.00 per applicant and a refundable earnest money deposit equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance and lease execution the earnest money becomes the security deposit.
We will need to verify employment, rental history and perform a credit check on every applicant. You may attach a copy of a pay stub or leave earning statement which will expedite the application process.
We will need a copy of your photo id. A driver's license, passport or military ID are sufficient.
Once the application is approved, we require the lease to be signed within 2 business days.
