Ms. Monno joined Charles R. Hooff, Inc.® in 1987 and is responsible for the management of over 300 properties. She has been a property manager and a licensed real estate agent for 22 years. She earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1995 and obtained her Virgina Brokers License in 2005. Cheryl's expertise, dedication and knowledge of the real estate market in representing investment or absentee owners' interests are an asset to all property owners.
